      Born in (1987), Farzane Vaziritabar was influenced by her mother's passion for calligraphy and her family's interest in art, which led her to pursue her Diploma in painting at the Visual Arts School in her hometown, Yazd, Iran. After receiving Bachelor’s in Sculpture and Master’s Degree in Art Studies from University of Tehran, Farzane began working as a contemporary artist.


      In 2018, she joined the international Master's' degree program in Public Art and New Artistic Strategies at Bauhaus University, Weimar, graduating in 2021. She has been living and working in Germany ever since. Her work encompasses not only a wide range of media, such as sculpture, installation, video and performance, but also cartoons and drawings that focus on narrative, identity, place, and space. She has exhibited her works worldwide in solo and group exhibitions and public interventions.
